Fall is the best time to jump into sensory play!! With its beautiful hues, warm smells, and cozy traditions, fall invites us to slow down and enjoy the present moment. Both sensory play and reading together are amazing ways to incorporate mindfulness into your routine and create an environment of learning and connection. You can read aloud while your children play with a bin, read together at bedtime, or my personal favorite - take a giant stack of books outside on a blanket!
